Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Skillet (the Mac app) and Skillify (the platform behind it, including skillet.ing and api.skillet.ing). By downloading or using Skillet you agree to them.

Beta software

Skillet is in open beta and provided “as is.” Features may change, break, or be removed while we improve it. Don't rely on it for anything you can't afford to have go wrong.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for what you record and what you ask Skillet to do on your machine and accounts.
• Only automate workflows you are allowed to automate under the terms of the apps and services involved.
• Keep your Mac and your account secure.

Acceptable use

Don't use Skillet to break the law, abuse other services, or harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skillify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of beta software.
